NEVER SAY NEVER!

Hello, everyone!

It’s been a long time, almost six years since my last update. I wanted to reach out, say hello, and catch up. But first, I want to express my deepest gratitude to those who never forgot about me. Your messages and well wishes meant more than you know.

In 2021, when my partner, soulmate, and love of my life, Al, left this world, I truly believed the music and passion inside me was lost forever and I would never sing again. I went off-grid and in my heart, retired from music altogether.

And if I’m being honest, I almost didn’t make it through, but Spirit had other plans. Something bigger than me stepped in, held me up, and set me on a healing journey that I could never have imagined. I even changed lanes and became a flight attendant, which I love!

Over the last couple of years, I’ve been guided back to music, little by little. Playing with friends here and there has reminded me of what I was born to do and the fire in my soul has returned! It turns out that the music wasn’t lost; I was. But it was patiently waiting for me.

So my new motto is: “NEVER SAY NEVER”.

Now for the fun part! As a lot of you will already know my longtime friend Warner Hodges has invited me to be his special guest and open for him on a couple of European runs this year. As Warner would say… “Excited much?!”

He’s offered to back me with his band, the International All-Stars featuring the incredible Pontus Snibb and Conny Bloom. I’ve shared the stage with these boys many times over the years, and it’s going to feel like coming home, only louder! Keith Voegele and Mauro Magellan also join the lineup. What a dream team.

But wait! There’s more! Plans are also in motion to reunite with some of my AL-Mighty 3 bandmates for a few shows in Europe later this summer.

2026 is shaping up to be quite the comeback year. Life after grief is messy with lots of ups and downs. Nothing gets erased, but joy can still find you and bring unexpected gifts. Sometimes the best way forward is to say yes and dance in the realm of possibility, where anything truly can happen.

I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of you on the road, sharing a big hug, maybe a few happy tears, and creating new memories. I’ve missed you. I’m also back on social media and will be sharing tour dates, photos, videos, and all the in-between moments. I invite you to follow along.

Now it’s time for me to plug back in and turn it up to 11 because…

I AIN’T DONE YET!
(I know AL is smiling big.)
